Internship

The internship has been a vague almost non existent part of our ministry over the last several years. For us, we define an internship as a post High School adult that desires to use the Student Ministry to be raised and trained in day in day out ministry. These interns are direct accountable to the Student Minister as well as the Mentor Body. They will commit themselves to a year of training as well as committing themselves to a list we call "Internship Expectations". The internship will be a resource to the student minister, and the student minister will use the intern in daily ministry to help equip and raise him/her up for ministry later in life. Our passion isnot to bring on Interns so that students can stay in the Student Ministry after High School, but to take those that are serious about the call God has placed on their life.

There are pre requisites to being an intern. They are as follows...

1. Must be a High School graduate

2. Must have an authentic call of ministry from God. (ie. Day in ay out ministry, missions etc..)
