We desire passionate gifted leaders. In the ministry we as leadership want to always be encouraging and raising up believers to lead in the body. Students are no different. We believe the most effective leadership is Student Leadership. However our leaders are gifted in different areas. So our passion for student leaders is...

1. For them to lead naturally, where they are gifted. They don't need a formal group to do that. We just want them to serve.

2. We want to invest into our leaders, encouraging them and helping equip them and better them in those areas that they are gifted

3. We want to offer to them ways of training and encouragement, so as a ministry we have set aside a day each week where we gather them together, encourage them and take them through God's Word building them up to be effective leaders in the ministry.

4. For the leaders to be serving the flock. A Student Leader needs to be serving the body not being served by the body (Matthew 20:28). They need to place their desires second compared to the desires of their fellow peers. It's about being like Christ.
