Just like with the rest of our leadership, we desire for our worship team to be commited and passionate about their part in the ministry. Our desire is not for our worship team to be about presentation and big bands, but for it to be a group serving within their giftedness with a passion for worship and helping to lead the students into a time of worship. Truely the worship team is about worshiping as well. So we desire for them to be commited to the ministry. So with this committment comes expectations.

1. A Worship Team member is to attend Wednesday Evening Worship (unless providentially hindered)

2. maintain personal integrity (that our public as well as our private lives would reflect Christ's character) 1 Timothy 3:2-6

3. Maintain personal devotion through consistency in the disciplines of prayer and the study of God's Word

4. Be in submission to worship team leader(s)-Appointed by Student Minister

5. Demonstrate the gifts taht God has given to them and will us them to God's glory and purpose while serving students.

6. Attend worship team practices on Tuesday Nights (unless providentially hindered)

7. Be in Bible Study together with the Worship Team
